What is a wish list? And how do I add items to it?  

We have made your search for the perfect outfit easier than ever! It's easy to create a list of what you're wishing for: as you shop, click the (More Button) magnifying glass under the product image then add your favorite product to your "Wish List" by clicking on “add to Wish List button.” You can even send emails with your favorite product pictures and links to friends and family by simply clicking the “email this item button”. Who knows what will arrive in the mail!

Who is shipping my order?/ Where can I make a return? 

The best thing about shopping on Shopert is that you can cross-shop from many different designers and stores in one website. When you are ready to purchase the item, simply click on the “Buy Now” button which will automatically take you to the retailer's website where you can purchase directly. They will take your order information and will be responsible for shipping your purchase to you.  Please make all returns to the store where you made the purchase 

How can I search for the product that I am looking for? 

You can search by your favorite department stores or even by your favorite brand. If you are searching specifically for a leather jacket, you can type in leather jacket on our search query and find exactly what you are looking for.  

What is Shopert Opinion? 

On Shopert Opinion you can ask any fashion related questions to the fashionable men on Shopert, You can also easily conduct a fashion related poll by posting up a question on Shopert Opinion by choosing the poll section.  For example, if you want to buy a leather jacket but are unsure which one looks better, then you can ask, “Which leather jacket looks better with jeans?” And upload a picture of Armani jacket and a Banana Republic jacket from your wish list and ask others to vote. Voting and the informative comments will help you make the right decision in your purchase.

Where do I write a review? 

Click on the (More Button) magnifying glass. On the bottom of the next page you will see a "Review Box". You must be logged in to write a review. Write an informative review for your chance to win our monthly Best Review Prize. 

What is Best Review? 

On the bottom of each product there is a review section, and once a month our Shopert staff will pick the best review and award the winner a $100 gift certificate from their choice of their favorite store. To congratulate the winner we will post their review on top of the review board for the rest of the week. Criteria’s that Shopert looks for in a Best Review is how informative, specific, detailed, helpful the review has been to other shoppers.

What do I do if I can’t remember my password? 

Click "Did you forget your password?" at the bottom of the sign-in page.  A new password will be sent to you on the email address that you provided when you registered. 

How do I register or sign in? 

You can register by clicking on “Register” at the top of the Shopert home page. 

What are some of the benefits to registering? 

When you register you can not only shop on Shopert, but also ask questions to other shoperts, submit reviews on products, answer questions on Shopert Opinion. Registered customers may also opt to join our email list to receive free newsletters and coupons.
